The Growth Company Education & Skills is one of the largest providers of work-based learning for young people and adults. We have been providing high-quality education and skills to individuals and businesses for over 30 years, and as an Ofsted Grade 2: Good provider you can be assured the quality of our training and excellent support can help you achieve your future goals. We've supported thousands of young people who want to kick-start their careers, and adults who want to raise their skill level throughout their working life and achieve their full potential.

We are a not-for-profit company - this means we focus on getting better at what we do and invest all of our energy and resources into improving the quality of our training and your learning experience.

We offer a huge range of apprenticeships, traineeships and courses for people throughout their working lives. As well as practically based training, we also offer a wide range of classroom-based courses designed to cater for all levels and all ages. Our apprenticeships are designed with progression in mind so you can move on to advanced apprenticeships and higher apprenticeships and, in some occupations, on to higher education.

Higher Education

We offer a range of affordable part-time and full-time courses. We have smaller class sizes so every student gets the support they deserve. No matter what qualifications you have, you still have the opportunity to gain a degree level qualification with us.

Skills Bootcamps

Part of the Government's Lifetime Skills Guarantee and Plan for Jobs are flexible courses of up to 16 weeks, giving people the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills and fast-track to an interview with a local employer.
